GrowthAssistant is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads to build, manage, and optimize high-impact paid media campaigns for our U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for Filipino digital marketers with a deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, paired with a relentless passion for data-driven performance. You’ll be the engine behind multiple accounts, collaborating closely with U.S. agency teams to turn performance metrics into scalable growth.
- Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (PST/EST)
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Campaign Execution: Launch and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns from scratch, including Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, and Video.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and troubleshoot platform issues, pacing problems, or performance drops to ensure accounts stay on track.
- Rigorous Testing: Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and ad sets to uncover winning combinations.
- Data Analysis: Deep-dive into ROAS, LTV:CAC, CTR, CPM, and CPA to drive strategic decision-making.
- Advanced Reporting: Build and maintain sophisticated reports in Google Sheets/Excel using pivot tables, charts, and VLOOKUPs.
- Search Excellence: Conduct keyword research and optimize search term reports based on SEM best practices.
- Creative Collaboration: Support creative testing and asset collection by working across cross-functional teams.
- Market Intelligence: Assist with competitive research and trend analysis using industry-standard tools.
What You Bring
- Platform Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Technical Literacy: Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- Agency Mindset: Proven success managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent English communication skills, specifically for daily collaboration via Slack, email, and video calls.
- Operational Reliability: Highly accountable, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work fixed U.S. hours.
- Client History: A proven track record of successful collaboration with U.S.-based clients.
