Junior Designer & Art Director (m/f/d) for Fashion Brands

The ABOUT YOU LAYBELS team creates exclusive celebrity collections and is responsible for developing and scaling the brands. We work with famous artists and celebrities such as Lena Gercke, Marina Hoermanseder, Kevin Trapp, and Lorena Rae.

We are looking for a (Junior) Designer & Art Director (m/f/d) with a minimum of one year of experience to support our team in shaping the visual identity of our brands across fashion, digital, and events. You will assist in translating brand DNA into visuals, from product details to campaigns, while gaining exposure to the full creative process.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing brand identities, including visual guidelines
• Create campaigns and seasonal visual directions
• Art direction for shoots and events, including concepts, mood boards and styling references
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives
• Contribute to maintaining consistent brand standards across touchpoints
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in design or art direction, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or agencies
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, campaign work, or design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with creative AI tools (e.g., image generation, editing, ideation)
• Optional but a plus: Experience with social media storytelling (Instagram, TikTok), photography, motion design, or video editing
