Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Network Engineer with strong expertise in AWS networking and solid experience in Azure network architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable cloud network infrastructures across multi-cloud environments, including GovCloud and FedRAMP High environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support AWS cloud network architecture

• Implement networking solutions using:

o VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect

o NACLs, Security Groups

• Design and support Azure networking architecture, including:

o Virtual Networks (VNet), vWAN

o ExpressRoute, Network Security Groups

• Establish and manage cross-cloud connectivity (AWS ↔ Azure)

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

• Automate network provisioning and configurations using Terraform and Ansible

• Build cloud network environments from scratch (greenfield deployments)

• Configure and manage secure VPC connectivity (VPC peering, routing, hybrid setups)

• Ensure compliance with AWS GovCloud and Azure FedRAMP High standards

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in AWS Networking (must-have)

• Good experience in Azure Networking

• Hands-on experience with:

o VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect

o VNet, ExpressRoute, NSGs

• Strong experience in Terraform (mandatory)

• Experience with Ansible (preferred)

• Proven experience in multi-cloud networking and connectivity

• Experience with GovCloud / FedRAMP environments

• Ability to design and deploy network infrastructure from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation and scripting in cloud environments

• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks

• Prior experience in government or regulated environments
