Senior Product Engineer

This is a YC-backed Series A company that's been running LLMs in regulated financial environments since before ChatGPT existed.

Hundreds of fintechs, banks and insurers use the platform every day. They're targeting IPO in the coming years - and joining now as a Senior Product Engineer, you're early enough for the equity to still matter.

You'll be reporting into a Head of Engineering who was engineer #4 at one of London's best-known fintechs - he helped take it from 0 to $50M ARR, 4M+ users, a $500M Series C valuation, and 160+ employees globally.

Most of the engineers are either ex-founders or were early senior engineers at high-growth startups. They're not easy to get an offer from - and that's exactly the point.

This is a hands-on IC role building product that solves real customer problems - backend services and APIs, UI components, third-party and AI model integrations. You own what you build end to end.

Stack: Python/Flask/FastAPI, GCP/AWS/Terraform, React/TypeScript/Next.js

£100,000–£170,000 depending on level, plus equity. Quarterly salary reviews, visa sponsorship, health insurance, pension, uncapped leave, mental health support via Spill, weekly team lunches.

Two days a week in Farringdon - others come in more, but it's not mandated.
