We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Systems Architect specializing in fintech, with a focus on building and designing Multi-Agent Systems (LLMs and RAG pipelines). Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fintech, artificial intelligence, and software engineering, with specific expertise in multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines. Candidates should have extensive experience with Python programming and familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as n8n, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, LangChain, or LangGraph. Proven experience in designing and configuring vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search is essential. Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of prompt engineering, tuning, and optimization techniques. Knowledge of embedding creation, chunking strategies, and familiarity with databases and knowledge systems is required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is necessary; a master's or higher qualification is preferred. Strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for leveraging AI to revolutionize wealth management are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As an AI Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI solutions tailored to our wealth management platform.
