Candidates should have extensive experience with Python programming and familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as n8n, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, LangChain, or LangGraph. Proven experience in designing and configuring vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search is essential. Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of prompt engineering, tuning, and optimization techniques. Knowledge of embedding creation, chunking strategies, and familiarity with databases and knowledge systems is required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is necessary; a master's or higher qualification is preferred.
