This fully remote role requires deep knowledge of distributed systems, smart contracts, and blockchain protocols, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts
- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps)
- Work with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or Hyperledger
- Write secure, efficient, and scalable smart contracts (e.g., Solidity, Rust)
- Integrate blockchain solutions with frontend and backend systems
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering)
- Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and trends
- Document technical architecture and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7+ years of software development experience, with blockchain experience preferred
- Proficiency in one or more:
- Solidity (Ethereum smart contracts)
- Rust (Solana, Polkadot)
- Go, JavaScript/TypeScript (Web3 frameworks)
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptography basics
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
- Familiarity with smart contract security practices
- Experience with Git and version control systems
