We’re looking for a hands-on Brand & Graphic Designer to join our international team and bring BRUNA’s evolving brand strategy to life across digital and physical touchpoints.
This is a key role at the heart of the company, working closely with the Head of Brand & Content to shape and execute our content. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on excellence. You don’t just contribute ideas — you take ownership, and turn ideas into action with clarity and pace.

Your Responsibilities
Brand & CI
- Translate BRUNA’s brand DNA into a cohesive, elevated visual and verbal expression across all touchpoints
- Ensure long-term consistency and recognizability of our brand identity
- Contribute trend insights and cultural relevance to continuously evolve our creative expression
- Produce culturally relevant campaigns in alignment with the Head of Brand & Content
- Translate concepts into scalable graphic systems and toolkits (visual treatments, image hierarchies, templates)
- Create high-performing assets across channels: paid social, organic social, CRM, website, and more
- Support and actively contribute to shoot planning and production, including art buying (photographers, stylists, models, locations, props), budgeting, logistics, and coordination
- Manage external partners (post-production, retouching, motion, packshot photography)
- Deliver digital and print assets with equal confidence and attention to detail

- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to delivery
- Prioritize projects and tasks based on brand impact and urgency, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Take ownership of initiatives and actively seek opportunities for growth
- 4-5 years of experience in brand, content, or communications within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury
- 2–3+ years of relevant education in graphic design, digital media, motion design, or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, comfortable working with AI tools; experience in motion, animations, or 3D is a plus
- Strong cultural awareness and contemporary luxury sensibility with a deep interest and understanding of fashion, pop culture, and visual trends
- Strong project and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail - you are structured, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of commercial awareness — you create content that performs and can balance creative ambition with commercial performance (e.g. across online, paid social, CRM, and social platforms)
- Hands-on experience working on photo and video shoots, including art buying, production planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-set execution; experience in art direction is a plus
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work (required)
- Excellent English skills (German is a plus)
