What will you be doing:

• Providing application support and monitoring using Dynatrace;
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Linux-based environments;
• Ensuring observability and performance optimization of applications;
• Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability;
• Writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution;
• Establishing best practices for application performance and monitoring;

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, with at least 3 years of Dynatrace experience;
• Experience with Linux environments;
• SQL knowledge (other database experience is also considered);
• Experience in Observability/Monitoring tools (Dynatrace is mandatory);

• Java knowledge is a plus;
• Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken), and Portuguese;
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Hybrid work model: available to work in Porto or Lisbon;
• Mandatory availability to relocate (from Brazil to Portugal).
