Job Title: Technical Program Manager – Collaboration Tools Migration


Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager – Collaboration Tools Migration to lead end-to-end migration and integration initiatives across enterprise collaboration platforms.

This role is responsible for driving large-scale transitions involving Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, ensuring seamless execution across tenant/workspace migrations, identity integration, security, and user impact management.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring both program ownership and active involvement in execution. The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of strategy, coordination, and technical delivery.


Location & Logistics

  • Location: Remote – LATAM (no country restrictions)
  • Duration: Through end of 2026 (extension possible)
  • Work Schedule: Must align with CST / PST US time zones
  • Language Requirement: English B1–B2 (conversational minimum)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end migration and integration programs for enterprise collaboration platforms
  • Drive tenant-to-tenant and workspace migrations, including coexistence strategies and phased transitions
  • Define and execute cutover strategies, minimizing disruption to business operations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, IAM, HR, and business stakeholders
  • Partner with Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams to align authentication, provisioning, and access controls
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards throughout migration activities
  • Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
  • Act as the single point of accountability for successful delivery outcomes
  • Provide hands-on input in technical decision-making and execution approach


Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead (Senior level)
  • Proven track record leading large-scale collaboration platform migrations or integrations
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • Zoom
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Security and enterprise access models
  • Experience managing:
  • User impact, adoption risks, and transition planning
  • Cutover strategies and migration execution
  • Ability to operate at both:
  • Strategic level (program leadership)
  • Execution level (hands-on involvement)


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting M&A-driven migrations or post-merger collaboration platform consolidation
  • Exposure to multi-tenant enterprise environments
