Role SummaryWe need a Freelance Business Development Manager to:
- Sell our Responsible AI & Cybersecurity training to enterprises across India (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, GCCs).
- Target CHROs, CTOs, CISO, and L&D heads for customized programs.
- Launch global outreach (Germany/UK/USA/Middleeast/Europe/APAC/Canada GCCs) after hitting Indian targets.
- 100% remote, flexible hours, 10‑15 days travel/month.
Compensation: Pure revenue share (12‑20% of net invoice value)
- Prospect enterprises exploring Responsible AI adoption, GCC setup, and cybersecurity upskilling.
- Pitch flagship programs: AI for Business Leaders, AI‑Driven Cybersecurity, Lean IT Operations.
- Close ₹25‑50L in training revenue within 3-5 months; ₹1‑2Cr by month 12.
- Manage pipeline (leads → proposals → closed‑won) with weekly reports.
- Customize solutions with trainer Rajesh Soni (BITS Pilani, international university faculty).
- Lead Germany/UK outreach after 6 months (GCC advisory, AI training).
