Your new role
As Leasing Manager, you will take on a leadership role overseeing leasing performance, marketing alignment, and team development across a growing residential portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will drive leasing strategy, improve lease-up performance, and build a cohesive, high-performing team. You will lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals while also working closely with a small marketing team to ensure campaigns, messaging, and timelines are fully aligned with leasing goals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, with clear visibility into operational performance and results.

• Proven experience in leasing management with a strong track record of achieving occupancy and revenue targets
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing teams
• Strong understanding of leasing strategy, lease-up execution, and tenant lifecycle management
• Experience collaborating with or overseeing marketing initiatives tied to leasing performance • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of leasing regulations, compliance, and market trends
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement
