We are looking for a IAM Business Analyst
Main responsibilities
- Specify and document business use cases based on your experience and project requirements
- Collaborate with local developers and testers to explain requirements and validate deliverables
- Define and support test cases in both integration and user acceptance environments
- Report progress and issues to the Product Owner and Lead Business Analyst in Lausanne
- Review specifications in coordination with IdentityIQ business owners and highlight potential points of attention
- Promote and ensure test coverage across the team to maintain high-quality deliveries
- Support functional adoption of IdentityIQ and related cloud solutions (O365/Azure, SharePoint/NTFS permissions)

Required skills and experience
- Certified SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer (nice to have)
- Strong understanding of Identity Management practices, HR processes, governance, and privileged access management
- Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience on relevant IdentityIQ projects in a business analyst role
- Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ features and capabilities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and define functional use cases
- Excellent teamwork, flexibility, customer focus, and technical expertise
- Knowledge of cloud solutions, including SailPoint, O365/Azure, SharePoint/NTFS permission management is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
