Position Summary
I am working with an organization seeking a detail-oriented and driven Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Systems Administrator to support financial systems and reporting operations. This role is well-suited for individuals with hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion tools who are also interested in expanding their capabilities in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
The position plays an important role in maintaining and improving financial systems used by accounting, finance, and reporting teams. In addition to technical responsibilities, the role offers opportunities to contribute to system-related initiatives and gain exposure to project delivery practices within a global business environment.
Job Responsibilities
EPM Systems Management & Support
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of EPM platforms, including planning, consolidation, and data management tools within the Hyperion suite.
- Ensure system reliability by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage user roles and access while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Financial Processes & Reporting Support
- Assist in supporting financial close cycles and ensure systems are functioning effectively during critical reporting periods.
- Work with finance teams to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation activities.
- Investigate and resolve system-related issues impacting financial data accuracy and reporting timelines.

Systems Enhancement & Development

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of relevant experience working with Hyperion EPM tools (such as Planning, HFM, or Essbase)
- Understanding of financial processes including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations
- Exposure to scripting or query tools (e.g., SQL, VBA, or similar) is advantageous
- Familiarity with project coordination or participation in system-related initiatives
