🚀 Amazon Connect Developer (4 roles here- 55-85 DOE)
📍 Remote – Canada
We’re partnering with a leading North American consulting organisation to hire an Amazon Connect Developer to build and deliver enterprise contact centre solutions.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on developing, integrating, and optimising Amazon Connect solutions within modern AWS environments.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and configure Amazon Connect solutions (contact flows, IVR, routing)
- Develop backend logic using AWS Lambda (Node.js / Java)
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and external systems (APIs, CRM, data platforms)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Monitor and optimise performance using CloudWatch and AWS tools
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong AWS development / cloud engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in production
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Node.js
- Experience with:
- AWS Lambda
- API Gateway
- DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch
- Experience building APIs and event-driven solutions
- Understanding of IVR, routing, and contact centre workflows
