Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across frontend and backend technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead teams in building modern, cloud-native solutions.

This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on development, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

• Lead end-to-end design and development of full stack applications.
• Define and implement scalable architecture for enterprise systems.

• Drive best practices in coding, design patterns, and system design.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams; perform code reviews.
• Architect and build microservices-based systems.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend (React / Angular)

• Strong experience in React.js or Angular (2+)
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Experience with Redux / NgRx / Zustand / Context API
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Next.js / SSR / SPA architectures
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)

Backend

• Strong experience in Node.js (Express/NestJS) OR Java (Spring Boot) OR .NET Core
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
• Microservices architecture design and implementation
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID principles

Databases

• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra)
• Data modeling and performance optimization

Cloud & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Architecture & System Design

• Experience designing highly scalable distributed systems
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• API Gateway, caching (Redis, Memcached)
• Strong expertise in system design, scalability, and performance tuning

Other Skills

• Strong knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSO)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with leadership exposure
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or product-based environments
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or GenAI-based applications (nice to have)
