At Lace Lithography, we’re scaling up our team and looking for a passionate and sharp talent to join us.
In our company we build chip lithography technology that will enable the next 100 years of chip manufacturing. Founded in 2023, we’re based in Bergen (Norway) and Barcelona (Spain), and backed by some of the world’s most ambitious investors.
What you’ll do:
- Solve problems that stand in the way of producing intense monenergetic electron beams.
- Collaborate across teams on theoretical, simulation, and experimental projects.
- Produce and maintain high quality documentation and code, as well as review documentation and code written by colleagues.
- Mentor junior members of the team
Who you are:
- An engineer or physicist that thrives in a collaborative fast paced environment working on complex, interconnected, and evolving problems. You are excited about solving challenging problems that involve both physics and engineering. You enjoy guiding your solutions from theory to implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent level of experience.
- Experience with electron or ion beams.
- Competency in programming, particularly Python or Julia.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with low energy electron beams.
- Experience with Hall Effect thrusters.
- Experience with thermionic emission.
- Hands on lab experience.
