- 4+ years in a technical, customer‑facing role (Forward Deployed Engineer, customer facing Software Engineer, or former technical founder).
- Proven, production‑level LLM experience: advanced prompting, agents, evals, and large‑scale deployment.
- Strong Python skills, plus additional languages such as TypeScript, Java, etc.
- High‑agency operator who thrives in ambiguity and complex organisations.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT and AI deployment patterns is a plus.
