Amazon Brand Manager / Client Meeting Specialist
Advance Amazon is hiring a full-time Amazon Brand Manager / Client Meeting Specialist to lead strategic client communication for a portfolio of Amazon brands. This is a high-responsibility, high-visibility role for someone with deep hands-on Amazon experience, strong commercial judgment, and the confidence to lead polished, high-value client conversations.
This role sits at the intersection of Amazon brand management, account strategy, client success, SEO, creative review, and PPC performance. You will serve as a primary client-facing representative of Advance Amazon, guiding bi-weekly business review calls, presenting performance updates, explaining strategy, answering technical questions, and helping clients stay engaged, confident, and committed to long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is not just a strong communicator. They are highly technical in Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, SEO, advertising, and brand management, and can translate complex account activity into clear, persuasive client communication.
What we are looking for:
5–6+ years of Deep hands-on Amazon experience across Seller Central, listing optimization, keyword research, brand management, and PPC.
At least 3–5 years of agency, consulting, or highly client-facing Amazon account management experience.
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing health, policy issues, case management, FBA/FBM operations, account performance considerations, and marketplace troubleshooting.Â
Deep experience in Amazon listing optimization, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, image strategy, conversion improvement, and competitive positioning.Â
Advanced SEO and keyword research knowledge, including keyword indexing, backend keyword strategy, search volume analysis, rank tracking, and listing copy optimization.
Strong PPC expertise across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, including campaign structure, bid optimization, budget allocation, search term analysis, placement analysis, and ACoS/ROAS management.Â
Experience reviewing and discussing Amazon creative assets in the context of performance, brand presentation, and conversion strategy.
Comfortable presenting reports, trends, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to non-technical clients in a polished and credible way.Â
Experience with major Amazon ecosystem tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, Sellerboard, SellerApp, or similar tools is strongly preferred. The more hands-on your tool knowledge, the better.Â
Strong client communication skills, executive presence on video calls, and the ability to guide long-form strategic conversations with confidence.

About the role
You will manage a portfolio of up to 15-20 active clients and lead structured bi-weekly video meetings with each account. These are not casual check-ins. Every meeting is a detailed business review built around a defined framework covering creative, account management/SEO, and PPC/advertising. Each client meeting runs a minimum of 90 minutes and is supported by reports, talking points, SOPs, scripts, and a pre-meeting internal briefing. Client retention is the most important KPI in this role. Â
What you will do
Lead bi-weekly client video meetings for a roster of Amazon brands, delivering structured, professional, and highly engaging strategic reviews.
Present and discuss three core ( Usually 30 minutes for each ) areas in every meeting:
1) Graphics and Creative, including listing images, A+ Content, infographics, visual updates, and conversion-focused creative improvements.
2) Account Management and SEO, including keyword performance, organic rank movement, listing optimization progress, backend keyword strategy, content improvements, and account health.
3) PPC and Advertising, including campaign performance, spend trends, ACoS/ROAS, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, bid strategy, search term analysis, and upcoming optimization plans.Â
Translate technical Amazon account data into client-friendly language that is clear, confident, and commercially relevant.
Maintain strong client engagement and protect retention by leading meetings with professionalism, composure, energy, and strategic clarity, including during periods of underperformance.
Handle client questions across brand management, listing optimization, Amazon SEO, creative direction, and PPC with confidence, while coordinating internal follow-up when needed.
Attend a dedicated pre-meeting internal briefing before each client call and use prepared reports, dashboards, updates, and talking points to guide a high-quality discussion.Â
Document key meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups accurately in internal systems.
Highly preferred background
Candidates who have worked in respected Amazon-focused agencies or high-performance eCommerce environments will be especially attractive for this role. Experience from agencies such as Trivium Group, My Amazon Guy, Incrementum Digital, BellaVix, BTR Media, Amazon Growth Lab, or similar firms is highly valued, but not required. We are open to candidates from other strong agencies or in-house Amazon teams if their experience is deep and directly relevant.
