Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.

We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and continue to grow with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.

About the position

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our game team and contribute to the long-term success of Total Battle.

You will join a cross-functional team that currently includes 25+ professionals and continues to grow, focused on developing gameplay and monetization for mid- and high-level players.

Development within the direction is organized around feature-focused sub-teams, assembled depending on priorities and timelines. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate and drive feature development within these sub-teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between specialists and alignment with the overall roadmap.

The team works on both new features and continuous improvements to existing systems, focusing on delivering measurable impact for long-term players while keeping the live game stable and predictable.

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Manager, the Lead Project Manager and other Project Managers within the direction, coordinating planning, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple features and teams.

Your mission will be to ensure smooth and predictable development cycles, strengthen team communication, and drive continuous improvement across our processes.

What you will be doing

• Planning and organizing development within a cross-functional team of 20–25 people, ensuring smooth execution of the product roadmap and timely feature delivery.
• Translating feature concepts into actionable plans, managing sprints, coordinating external contributors (art, core/framework teams, localization), and keeping the team aligned regarding priorities and timelines.

• Removing blockers and improving team efficiency, maintaining transparency with stakeholders, and supporting continuous process optimization using metrics and analysis.
• Designing and maintaining a system for measuring the effectiveness of development, and applying insights to improve both speed and quality.
• Participating in hiring new team members, helping build a strong, balanced team to support long-term development goals.

Required qualifications

• Have experience driving delivery of new features while maintaining and improving existing systems in a live game with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Be willing to learn about the product and related technologies.
• Have the ability to identify development problems, prioritize them, and solve them effectively.
• Be willing to adapt to potential changes during feature development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Have in-depth knowledge of any task management software and be open to learning new tools.
• Understand how to work with data to enhance the development process.
• Have strong people management skills: hiring, assessment, and development.
• Be willing to relocate to Cyprus to work in our office in Limassol.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working as a Project Manager in game development, preferably on live games.
• Understanding of game production pipelines (client/server development, art, QA, live operations).
