We are seeking an People Operations Analyst in the greater Belo Horizonte (MG) area to join our People Team in Brazil, supporting a wide range of HR processes that ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with local labor laws, and a high-quality employee experience.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and timekeeping audits. This role involves maintaining HR compliance audits and labor safety), managing office-related vendors, and responding to team inquiries via Jira. Additionally, you will provide global support for general HR activities such as recruitment, training, internal communications, and events, ensuring data accuracy across all systems and supporting the overall efficiency of the People department.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations across the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, time off, and benefits.
- Support payroll management.
- Maintain accurate team member data in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle HR inquiries and operational requests, collaborating with internal teams and escalating when needed.
- Support HR policies, process improvements, and the rollout of new tools or initiatives.
- Assist with audits, payroll coordination, vendor management, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate globally in recruitment, training, internal communications, events and other projects.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Confidence in working closely with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Confidence in leading Onboarding & Offboarding processes for BR-based team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Working experience with Google Workspace.
