About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASP.NET Engineer to join our remote team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated systems within the energy industry, contributing to the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform. As an integral part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing web applications that serve a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ASP.NET Web API development, complemented by proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and Vue. This position provides a chance to work on innovative projects utilizing Azure cloud services, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a solid educational background and relevant experience, including:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience developing ASP.NET Web API 2 applications.
• Proficiency in C# 8.0, .NET Framework 4.8+, JavaScript, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of unit testing methodologies and dependency injection principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform, including deployment, monitoring, and management of applications and services.
• Deep knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
