Job Responsibilities
• Develop design concepts and produce floor plans, elevations, and 3D presentations
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and take accurate as-built measurements
• Support RFP / RFI responses, procurement, and installation coordination
• Assist with city permitting process, including submittals and plan check corrections
• Coordinate product deliveries, installations, and project logistics
• Conduct site visits and assist construction teams during project execution
• Maintain project documentation
• Manage FF&E procurement and specification

Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Entry-level to 2+ years of professional experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Required), SketchUp, Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of 3D rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion) preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Korean & English (Required)
• Experience with city permitting, FF&E procurement/specification, RFP/RFI processes, and installation coordination is a plus
