We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to join a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi to spearhead their enterprise Machine Learning and MLOps evolution.

As the Senior Product Manager for ML Ops you will be the architect of a centralised modeling platform that empowers Data Science teams to develop deploy and monitor models with unprecedented speed and safety. You will define the target operating model and prioritize cutting edge platform capabilities that deliver massive business value and meet rigorous regulatory standards.

You will act as the primary bridge between elite Data Science squads and risk departments serving as the go to expert on model governance and operational excellence. This is a strategic leadership position requiring a sharp mind to balance platform innovation with the immediate demands of a diverse portfolio of AI projects.

• Deep expertise in managing ML and MLOps products as your core discipline
• Proven track record of owning end to end platforms or shared services within highly regulated environments
• Strong understanding of ML concepts and MLOps principles across the entire development lifecycle
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies with certifications such as CSPO or SAFe preferred
• Elite communication skills with the ability to influence C suite stakeholders and simplify complex technical roadmaps
• Natural leadership ability to manage teams and drive a culture of quality
