We Are Hiring Across These Modules (Expertise in ANY ONE is enough to apply)
- AI/ML and Vertex AI — Vertex AI Pipelines, model training and deployment, Vertex AI Workbench, AutoML, Gemini API integration, MLOps on GCP, feature store, model monitoring, batch and online prediction
- Document AI and Pre-trained AI APIs — Document AI processors, Vision API, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, Natural Language API, Translation API, Video Intelligence API, custom processor training, document parsing pipelines
- Contact Center AI (CCAI) — Dialogflow CX/ES, CCAI Insights, Agent Assist, virtual agent design, telephony integration, NLU model tuning, conversation flow design, DTMF handling, live agent handoff
Who We Are Looking For
- 7+ years hands-on experience in at least one GCP AI/ML domain
- Real production troubleshooting experience — not just certifications or sandbox projects
- Strong written English communication skills
- Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer certification or equivalent is a plus, not a requirement
