⚠️ Candidates must be currently based in Japan or able to relocate by the time of joining This is not a pure AI engineering role. We are looking for someone who can apply AI and automation to real business operations. You will join a data-driven company supporting major retail and consumer goods clients, and play a key role in driving internal productivity transformation.
🔹 What You Will Do Identify manual and repetitive processes across the organization and redesign them using AI and automation Build and implement solutions using tools such as Generative AI, RPA, and low-code platforms Develop and deploy AI agents to automate internal workflows (e.g. HR, legal, reporting) Work closely with business teams to understand real operational pain points Lead initiatives from problem identification to implementation and impact measurement Promote AI adoption internally through training, use-case development, and best practices

🔹 Requirements (Must-Have) Experience in business process improvement (BPR, DX, or similar) Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) in real work Experience working with stakeholders and driving initiatives across teams Ability to design and implement solutions — not just propose ideas Japanese: Native level
🔹 Nice to Have Experience with RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.) Experience with low-code / no-code tools Basic scripting skills (Python or similar) Experience in internal DX or operational improvement projects
