If you are a seasoned L2 network engineer familiar with Fortinet, Network security and ITIL practices this is the position for you!
Your new company is an Australian MNC company providing cybersecurity services to multiple businesses in the Australian market and is expanding their team to better serve their growing client base.
Ideal candidates should have the following experience:
- Supporting international clients with network and security tickets
- Experienced with Fortinet solutions (Palo Alto, Juniper is also welcome to apply)
- Strong conversational skills
- Manage incidents, monitor alerts and implement solutions from L3 teams
- Configure firewalls and networks in addition to conducting routine maintenance
- Update knowledge base and documentation
- Shift rotations
