Full Stack Developer (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer for an onsite role in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Python and .NET, along with strong knowledge of design patterns, backend development, frontend integration, and modern data/AI technologies.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with onsite and offshore teams, and participating in Zoom-based interview rounds.

Mandatory Skills

Core Technical Requirements

Backend

• Strong programming expertise in Python and .NET
• Experience building scalable APIs and backend services

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software engineering best practices
• Strong understanding of design patterns such as:

Frontend / Full Stack

• Ability to work across frontend and backend layers
• Experience integrating UI with backend APIs

• Experience processing large datasets and building data pipelines is a plus

AI / Gen AI

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications
• Build robust backend services using Python and .NET
• Apply appropriate design patterns and coding best practices
• Work with data processing tools like PySpark and NumPy
• Contribute to Gen AI-related application features or integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including onsite and offshore members
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, optimization, and production support
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions

Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on developer with both backend and full stack capability
• Able to work onsite all 5 days in Santa Clara
• Open to relocation if currently outside the area
• Comfortable working with distributed teams, including offshore coordination
• Good communication skills for client-facing/team collaboration
