LAMU is an AI-powered Matchmaking & Relationship Companion startup building the next generation of human–AI facilitated dating, connection, and emotional support. We are an early-stage, product-driven team working on 0→1 systems that combine AI agents, matching logic, and delightful consumer experiences.
As an intern, you will work directly with founders and contribute to core product development from day one.
Responsibilities
- Develop new product features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Contribute to AI architecture, UI components, and core app flows
- Maintain, debug, and optimize existing code for speed and stability
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineers for rapid weekly iterations
- (Preferred) Work with AWS services and AI agent frameworks
- Participate in engineering discussions for scaling from v0 → v1

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
