As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing automation test strategies and frameworks for the UNIFY platform, a sophisticated clinical trial solution designed to streamline and digitalize the clinical trial process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality software deployment, focusing on automating processes for product upgrades and support of clinical studies.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing automation test strategies and frameworks for the UNIFY platform, a sophisticated clinical trial solution designed to streamline and digitalize the clinical trial process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality software deployment, focusing on automating processes for product upgrades and support of clinical studies.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive automation strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Design, plan, and execute automated test suites, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency
- Convert manual test cases into automated scripts primarily using Selenium, enhancing the test suite’s effectiveness
- Oversee defect management processes, including identification, tracking, and resolution
- Continually monitor and optimize the performance of the test automation framework
- Document all automation processes and maintain consistency across projects through best practices
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including QA, BA, PM, and technical experts, to enhance product quality and functionality
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer
- Expertise in Java and familiar with Object-Oriented design principles
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber BDD, and other automated testing tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
