Pay Range: $75.00 – $82.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives involving complex systems, cross-functional teams, and large-scale stakeholder environments.

This role requires a hybrid skillset across Project Management, Scrum Master responsibilities, and Business Analysis, with a strong focus on Agile (SAFe) delivery, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

Lead delivery of enterprise-level digital transformation projects across multiple stakeholders and dependencies

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations

Track key milestones, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality

Provide regular status updates and escalate risks, issues, or delays as needed

Agile Delivery & Team Leadership

Operate across Agile and Waterfall environments, including SAFe frameworks

Support teams in Agile ceremonies, cadence, and continuous improvement practices

Act as Scrum Master when needed, helping teams remove impediments and improve delivery performance

Mentor Product Owners and team members on Agile best practices

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with enterprise teams including Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Procurement

Facilitate workshops such as JAD sessions, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement

Communicate effectively with both business and IT leadership, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables

Business Analysis & System Delivery

Perform system analysis and support enhancements to new and existing systems

Gather, refine, and prioritize complex business requirements into structured backlogs

Collaborate with Product Owners and product teams to define roadmaps and delivery strategies

Conduct business process analysis, workflow documentation, and data analysis

Tracking, Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project artifacts, dashboards, and documentation in Jira and Confluence

Manage visual boards and ensure accurate tracking of team progress and deliverables

Develop presentations and communication materials for executive and stakeholder reporting

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in IT Project Management within enterprise environments

Strong experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments

Ability to perform multiple roles including Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst

Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking for projects

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Experience delivering enterprise digital platforms involving complex data, transactions, or integrations

Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams (Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, etc.)

Strong technical background with the ability to understand and translate complex requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive industry experience (OEM, dealer systems, digital platforms)

Experience implementing survey tools or customer feedback platforms

Experience with Jira and Confluence for project delivery and support operations

Scrum Master or SAFe Certification

3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience

Stable work history with large enterprise organizations
