The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the #1 strategy game in the world, and this role is key to achieving this. Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We're constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.
At the heart of our Player Care department, our mission is to excite our players with exceptional customer care, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
What you’ll do

- Ensure all operational metrics (CSAT, SLA, etc.) are clearly defined, reliable, and calculated correctly across all reports.
- Assist and mentor the support team with SQL query composition and data literacy.
- Conduct A/B tests to measure the effect of Support and Trust & Safety initiatives on relevant departmental and broader business metrics.
- Analyze the correlation between support quality, bug-related friction, and subsequent player behavior, with a strong focus on VIP cohorts.
- Partner with the safety team to analyze data for fraud detection, including social engineering and account sharing.
- Perform time-series forecasting for workload volume based on the LiveOps calendar to optimize shift headcount and SLA coverage.
- As a future ambition, build and maintain an early warning predictive model for VIP player churn.
