About Mono Supplies
Mono Supplies is a hospitality equipment supplier headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus, expanding into Australia and worldwide markets. We supply premium hotel room equipment including kettles, hair dryers, mini bar fridges, safe boxes, and housekeeping trolleys directly to hotels, resorts, property developers, and Airbnb management companies globally.
About the Role
We are building a dedicated B2B procurement platform where hotel owners, purchasing managers, property developers, and hospitality operators can browse our full product range, configure orders, and request pricing, all through a modern, branded digital experience.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and own this platform end-to-end. You will work directly with the founder. This is a hands-on build role, not a management or advisory position.
The platform has been prototyped using Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS in Cursor. We need someone who can take this foundation and build it into a polished, scalable product. You will be expected to use AI-assisted development tools, specifically Claude and Cursor, as core parts of your workflow to accelerate development and maintain high code quality.
What You Will Build
🛒 Product Catalogue & Ordering
- Comprehensive product catalogue with high-quality imagery, specifications, and category browsing
- Smart quiz / needs assessment tool that recommends products based on property type, star rating, and room count
- Bundle builder for full room kits (e.g. kettle + hair dryer + mini bar fridge + safe box)
- Login-gated pricing with trade pricing visible only to registered and approved B2B accounts
💰 Pricing & Volume Tiers
- Dynamic volume pricing tiers where unit price adjusts automatically based on quantity
- Multi-currency display (AUD, EUR, USD, GBP and others) based on client region
- Custom quote requests for large or non-standard orders
🏠 Room Visualiser
- Interactive room visualiser showing how products look inside a hotel room setting
- Swap products in and out of the room view to compare options
- Fully responsive across desktop and mobile
👤 User Accounts & Admin
- Registration and approval workflow for B2B accounts
- Role-based access so different user types see different pricing and features
- Client dashboard with order history, saved quotes, and account details
- Admin panel for managing products, pricing, users, and orders

Tech Stack & Tools
- Frontend: Next.js (React), Tailwind CSS
- Backend / Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions)
- Hosting: Vercel (preferred) or equivalent
- Payments (future): Stripe integration
- Development Tools: Cursor (AI-powered IDE) and Claude (AI assistant) are mandatory parts of the workflow
- Open to suggestions as we value pragmatic choices over trend-chasing
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong experience with Next.js (or React) and Tailwind CSS in production
- Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms (Firebase, AWS Amplify)
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship complete web applications, not just components
- Experience building B2B or e-commerce platforms with authentication, role-based access, and product catalogues
- Proficiency with Cursor and Claude (or similar AI-assisted development tools) as part of your daily workflow
- Strong UI/UX sensibility, able to build something professional without a separate designer
- Comfortable working independently, directly with a non-technical founder
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, hotel supply, or B2B wholesale
- Experience with interactive product visualisers or room configurators
- Experience with multi-currency pricing and internationalisation
- SEO knowledge for product-driven websites
- Experience integrating with Stripe and Xero

Hiring Process

- Paid practical task: build a small feature relevant to the platform using Cursor and Claude (compensated regardless of outcome)
