Job Description

As the Head of Sales (PH), you will act as the primary driver of new business for the Philippine market. This is a true hunter role-focused on building new relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and securing enterprise engagements across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales strategy and execution for the Philippines market.
  • Identify and acquire major enterprise clients in FMCG, Agri, Pharma, Telecom, Retail, and Manufacturing.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-suite and senior IT stakeholders.
  • Drive APAC market expansion initiatives in alignment with senior leadership.
  • Engage clients on solutions across SAP, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, data platforms, supply chain, and IT services.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to create winning proposals.
  • Represent the brand in the region and build long-term partnerships.
  • Report directly to the APAC Sales Leader.


The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20 years of experience in sales, business development, or enterprise account hunting.
  • Strong background in IT services; SAP ecosystem connections are a significant plus.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients in non-BFSI sectors - FMCG, Agri, Pharma, Telecom, Retail, and Manufacturing.
  • Gritty, autonomous, confident opening doors, and capable of building a market from scratch.
  • Open to PH-based talent and SG/MY candidates open to relocation (visa + relocation supported).
