We are seeking a skilled and motivated WordPress Developer/Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position requires a talented individual who can design, develop, and maintain 30 websites per month. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development and front-end engineering, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through pixel-perfect design that matches Figma prototypes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain 30 WordPress websites per month.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to ensure websites meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to achieve desired functionality and appearance.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible across various devices and browsers.
• Develop pixel-perfect designs that match Figma prototypes.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient use of resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors.
• Stay updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure websites adhere to best practices for SEO and accessibility.
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or Front-End Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development and customization.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).
• Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
