Senior IT Project Manager

A growing organization is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to support several complex technology initiatives across ERP, infrastructure, logistics, and enterprise software. This is a remote role for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area and requires someone who can bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to shifting, fast‑moving work.

This position involves coordinating multiple workstreams, managing distributed teams, and driving financial accountability across high‑visibility projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in environments where not all details are defined upfront and has a proven track record of turning ambiguity into actionable plans. Candidates should also be proficient with modern AI‑enabled productivity tools to streamline documentation, planning, and delivery workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IT projects spanning ERP (SAP preferred), infrastructure, logistics systems, and enterprise software
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis

• Coordinate multiple simultaneous workstreams and ensure alignment across teams
• Support remote, distributed project team members across technical and business groups
• Clarify scope, risks, and expectations in ambiguous, evolving environments
• Provide consistent reporting on status, risks, issues, and delivery progress
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Facilitator) to drive efficiencies in planning, documentation, communications, and workflow automation
• Build strong partnerships with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT project management experience, with a background in ERP (SAP), infrastructure, logistics, or enterprise software projects
• Experience managing complex project financials and resource plans
• Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple parallel project tracks
• Comfortable working with remote teams and virtual collaboration tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills, especially in high‑ambiguity environments
• Proven track record of driving consistent, on‑time delivery
• Familiarity with AI‑driven productivity tools to enhance efficiency
