About the Roles: On behalf of an advanced technology client in Abu Dhabi, we are hiring for two Integration Engineer positions within a high-performance engineering team supporting complex defence and communication systems. Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required for this role:

• Role 1 – Integration Engineer (Platforms): This role focuses on hardware and platform integration, working across system architectures, physical interfaces, cabling, and connectors. You will support technical documentation, perform hardware adaptations for specific projects, and be actively involved in installation and testing phases from early prototypes through to production systems.
• Role 2 – Senior Systems Integration Engineer (C2 / Multi-Sensor Systems): This is a more field-oriented position focused on the integration and deployment of complex defence systems. You will work with multi-sensor platforms (radar, EO/IR, RF systems) and C2 solutions, supporting on-site integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting in operational environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support system integration activities across hardware, software, and platform levels
• Perform system assembly, configuration, and integration of complex subsystems
• Contribute to system architecture and interface definition (mechanical, electrical, and network)
• Execute integration, verification, and testing activities in both lab and field environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during integration, deployment, and testing phases
• Support installation, commissioning, and system validation on customer sites
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (integration plans, test procedures, reports)
• Collaborate closely with system engineers, software teams, and project stakeholders

• Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance in mission-critical environments

Qualifications:

• BSc or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field)
• Relevant experience in system integration, platform integration, or field deployment

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of system integration principles (hardware/software/interfaces)
• Experience with complex systems (defence, telecom, embedded, or similar environments)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system schematics
• Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with experience working in multi-disciplinary environments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with C2 systems, radar, EO/IR, or RF systems (for senior role)
• Experience in field deployment and operational environments
• Familiarity with defence or mission-critical systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English
