Cloud Engineer - Azure

Fully Remote Role

Contract - $65-80 per hour

Reports to the Cloud Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team of collaborative engineer that enjoy working in cloud infrastructure and automation. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Azure and Terraform along with extensive experience in cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure.
• Automate provisioning and deployment processes using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Automate tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services.
• Optimize cloud resource usage and costs while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Expertise with Microsoft Azure and Terraform.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Terraform Certification) are a plus.
• Exposure to Kubernetes.
