Job Description


Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 4-6 years.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer to join our growing security team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM ISIM)
  • Design and optimize identity lifecycle processes (joiner / mover / leaver)
  • Build and maintain integrations with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications
  • Automate IAM processes using scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
  • Support access certification campaigns and enforce RBAC policies
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams


Qualification & Experience

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, or IBM ISIM)
  • Strong understanding of:

Identity lifecycle management

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Access certification & governance

  • Scripting experience for automation and integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with APIs, connectors, and system integrations
