Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

What You Will Be Doing

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if you instinctively write code before turning to AI tools for verification or refinement, rather than leading with AI, please do not apply)
• Minimum 2 years of QA automation experience, with demonstrated experience testing AI-based products
• Strong command of Selenium and at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript
• Proven professional experience applying AI tools to automate quality assurance processes
• Working knowledge of CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
