Job Description
Slow release cycles and error-prone software continue to plague the industry, driven largely by outdated testing approaches. Even when basic automation is applied, traditional QA methods fall short of identifying critical defects early, resulting in expensive delays and dissatisfied end users. Industry data shows that more than 60% of software defects surface after release, with quality issues collectively costing the software sector over $2 trillion annually. Delivering faster, more dependable software requires a fundamental shift in quality assurance strategy.
IgniteTech is at the forefront of this transformation, embedding GenAI capabilities throughout the QA lifecycle. We leverage artificial intelligence to model user interactions, produce sophisticated test scenarios, and interpret defect patterns, enabling us to ship faster while reducing bug counts. When you join our team, you'll work at the cutting edge of this innovation, applying AI to remove bottlenecks and anticipate issues before they materialize.
This is not a conventional QA role. If you expect manual test execution or routine automation scripting, you should look elsewhere. In this position, you will take ownership of designing and advancing AI-powered test automation architectures, apply predictive analytics to surface latent risks, and contribute to redefining software quality standards. You will engineer scalable systems that respond to the demands of contemporary development, rather than functioning within a static, legacy framework. If you're ready for this challenge, submit your application and help drive the next era of software development.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and sustain AI-powered test automation frameworks that produce test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation
- Apply GenAI platforms to evaluate test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement
- Model user interactions, stress scenarios, and boundary conditions to detect potential failures before they reach end users

- Proven professional experience applying AI tools to automate quality assurance processes
