Job Description

We’re looking for a content operations specialist who is organized, possesses exceptional communication skills, and excels in managing large volumes of data. This role will own the Hearthstone shop product pipeline and data configuration for all products that appear in Hearthstone.

We value diverse voices and varied backgrounds and we're looking for individuals to help us build fun, compelling, and inclusive experiences for Hearthstone. Previous experience as a Hearthstone player is not a requirement for this role, however it is a plus.

This role is a hybrid work position, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our Hearthstone shop product pipeline. You’ll be a partner to our Product Managers while being responsible for gathering requirements and configuring our Hearthstone products and storefronts.
  • Work daily with our internal team that includes Product Managers, Artists, Designers, Engineers, and QA Testers to bring new products to life for our players.
  • Coordinate releases with our Live Operations team and effectively triage and resolve live issues.
  • Assess current processes and workflows and offer constructive initiatives to improve our tools and how we operate.
  • Proactively identify risks, plan for mitigations, and communicate ongoing status on projects.
  • Promote, contribute to, and participate in a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working on live software or services in production, operations, or project management.
  • Ability to build, track, and maintain complex roadmaps and schedules.
  • History of delivering in a fast-paced delivery pipeline.
  • Highly self-motivated and accountable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $24.04 - $44.47 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
