We are seeking a skilled Kafka & Linux Administrator to support and manage enterprise-scale messaging and middleware environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Kafka administration along with solid Linux system expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Apache Kafka clusters (Broker, Zookeeper, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, KSQL)
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Kafka environments
- Build and maintain new environments and clusters
- Provide middleware and production support for distributed systems
- Support application configuration and deployments
- Automate tasks using Ansible scripting
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

- 5+ years of experience in Kafka Administration
- Strong expertise in Linux/Unix environments (RHEL preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Kafka ecosystem components
- Experience with environment setup and deployment processes
- Proficiency in Ansible and automation scripting
- Experience in middleware or production support environments
