We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Art Director to be part of our Accenture Song Design Team in Athens.

WORK YOU’LL DO

As an Art Director you will be responsible for leading the creative vision, developing compelling visual concepts, and ensuring all design work is aligned with the brand, campaign objectives, and overall creative strategy.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of visual concepts and creative ideas for integrated campaigns (brand, digital, social, film and experiential), collaborating with copywriters and the wider creative team.

Support the definition and consistency of the brand’s visual language across different touchpoints and formats.

Produce final graphic assets under supervision (visuals, social posts, banners, layouts and digital assets).

Prepare moodboards, creative references and presentations to support creative proposals and client presentations.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a creative, social or communications agency.

Academic background in Art Direction, Graphic Design or related disciplines.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video editing tools.

Strong knowledge of GENAI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Nano Banana, Vertex etc)

Solid understanding of major social media platforms, their languages and digital culture dynamics.

Curious and proactive mindset, with an interest in Artificial Intelligence and new creative tools, strong attention to detail, organization skills and a collaborative attitude.

Fluent in English.
