Media Planner, Paid Search and Social
This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who enjoys strategy, testing, optimization, and driving measurable results. You will lead digital marketing strategy, lead generation, and digital media execution across multiple channels, helping residential real estate clients achieve their growth and performance goals. Experience in working with real estate clients is a plus.

Location: Fully Remote (US-based only working Eastern hours)
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid search and paid social strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Own a portfolio of client campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing performance to hit KPIs.
- Provide SEO strategy and guidance, including keyword research, on-page optimization, audits, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console and keyword ranking tools.
- Plan and run continuous testing (A/B and multivariate) on ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting.
- Develop detailed monthly reporting, analyze results against KPIs, and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Set up and manage tracking in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking and campaign attribution.
- Solid communicator and tech savvy working with task management tools like Teamwork, Monday.com, Wrike or Asana

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on management of paid and organic channels.
- Hand on keyboard experience setting up campaigns across search and social.
- Strong task management and prioritization
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, and programmatic display; DSP experience preferred.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for tracking and reporting.
- Google Ads certification in Search, Display and/or Measurement.
- Experience with SEO keyword research and optimization best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical mindset, and data-driven approach.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides; confident in client-facing presentations.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
