Senior Product Manager – Creator Economy (B2C)

Salt is working with an innovative tech scale-up using AI to enhance content creation and partnerships. We’re looking for a growth‑driven Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a brand‑new B2C product built for next‑gen content creators. You’ll report directly to the VP Product and act as the strategic driver behind user acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

This is not a backlog‑ticking role, it’s a high‑impact, zero‑to‑one product mission where you shape vision, strategy, and market success.

What You’ll Own

• End‑to‑end product leadership across strategy, discovery, delivery, and success metrics
• Define product‑market fit and build the roadmap for a fast‑scaling creator‑focused product
• Deep consumer research to spot unmet needs in the creator economy
• Growth & monetization: pricing, funnels, onboarding optimisation, viral loops
• Cross‑functional leadership with engineering, design, and product marketing

• Data‑driven decision making using analytics tools to drive breakthroughs

You’ll Thrive If You…

• Have 5+ years’ Product Management experience, ideally in B2C digital products (apps, marketplaces, creator tools)
• Know how to drive Product-Led Growth and improve conversion at every funnel stage
• Understand creators’ workflows, business models, and pain points
• Are comfortable diving into analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Communicate with clarity and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Are proactive, innovative, and love operating in fast‑moving environments
