Compensation: $150,000 – $275,000 + Competitive Equity

About the Role:
We're building the first AI-powered recruiter marketplace—and the numbers speak for themselves: we scaled from $11M to $80M ARR in under a year, with 30% of revenue now driven by our custom AI tooling. We're backed by $65M from top-tier investors and the founders of some of the world's most iconic consumer tech companies.
Our platform connects companies with a network of specialized recruiters and AI agents that work together to fill roles faster and more accurately. The companies that used to spend months wrestling with fragmented, expensive hiring processes now do it in weeks—reliably and at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of features across the marketplace—from candidate matching logic to recruiter-facing tooling to the underlying data pipelines that power it all
- Build core recruiter workflow tools: AI notetakers, email sequencing, browser extensions, and intelligent candidate-matching surfaces
- Design and implement incentive and compensation systems that define how recruiters work and earn on our platform
- Create new paradigms for how candidates discover opportunities through recruiters—laying the groundwork for the next generation of hiring infrastructure
- Explore marketplace expansion into new verticals like Legal, Finance, and Healthcare
- Collaborate closely with product and design to ship things that directly affect customers and revenue

You'll Thrive Here If You
- Have 3–8 years of experience as a mid/senior/lead/staff engineer with a track record of shipping products that moved metrics and had real customer impact
- Have worked at reputable early-stage startups (Seed–Series B) or later-stage companies with excellent engineering or product cultures
- Bring genuine 0-1 experience—side projects, former founder background, open source contributions, or hackathons that demonstrate agency and initiative
- Operate with strong product sense, high ownership, and low ego—you take ambiguous problems and drive them to solutions without waiting for a spec
- Communicate clearly and concisely—you're purposeful with what you say and can articulate ideas efficiently
- Are genuinely excited about marketplaces or the recruiting/hiring space and eager to grow with the business
