What You Will Do:
- Verify development systems for Qualification testing per MIL-STD
- Perform Qualification Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments and perform/execute the testing, supporting the preparation of flight tests.
- Integrate Systems: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.
- Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
- Document and Communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
- This position may require up to 10% travel during periods that include field test execution.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with QUAL test planning and/or execution.
- Experience with test related reviews (i.e. CTS, TRR & ESRB’s)
- Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
