- A/B Testing: Validate and analyze A/B tests to assess feature performance, user engagement, and design effectiveness, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis using Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive product innovation and strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and domain experts to understand business goals and translate them into analytical outcomes.
- Reporting: Build and present reports and dashboards that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize products and enhance data collection and analysis processes

- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Proficiency in using SQL
- Familiarity with BI tools, preferably with Power BI
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
