About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer / Developer to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely or onsite in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with experience in Java, Python, and modern microservices architectures. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that support our innovative solutions. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, implementing best practices in code quality, security, and performance. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages
• Experience with Spring Boot, Django, or Flask frameworks
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and JSON data interchange
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
