Senior Product Manager – Cybersecurity Products

Abu Dhabi, UAE

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help build and scale a suite of enterprise cybersecurity products - spanning areas like cryptography, secure infrastructure, identity, and data protection.

This isn’t a manage the backlog and keep things ticking role.


This is:

What you’ll actually do

Product Leadership

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Drive full lifecycle: discovery → build → launch → scale
  • Align product direction with business goals


Customer & Market Insight

  • Lead customer discovery and validation
  • Translate needs + cyber trends + regulation into product features
  • Run MVPs, pilots, and real-world testing


Technical & Delivery

  • Work closely with engineering + research teams
  • Turn complex tech into clear product direction
  • Drive delivery without becoming a Jira admin


Commercial & GTM

  • Own positioning, messaging, and launches
  • Partner with sales and marketing
  • Support demos, pitches, and customer conversations


Ownership & Performance

  • Own product financials (pricing, margins, revenue)
  • Track performance and scale using data


What you bring

  • 8+ years in Product Management (ideally cybersecurity / enterprise)
  • Track record of launching and scaling B2B products
  • Strong experience in:
  • Product strategy & roadmap
  • Customer discovery
  • Go-to-market
  • Technical background (Engineering / CS or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management


Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity exposure (zero trust, IAM, crypto, etc.)
  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Experience in fast-moving / ambiguous environments
