This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, business analysis, and technology enablement. As a Product Manager/BA, you will help shape and deliver a new portfolio of B2B products by listening to customer needs, defining core capabilities and requirements, and partnering closely with engineering and business stakeholders.

Depending on experience and strengths, this role may lean more heavily toward product vision and roadmap ownership, business analysis and requirements definition, or technology and platform capability definition. All profiles share a common goal: turning institutional customer needs into scalable, high-quality products and services. This role is ideal for someone who understands how business, product, and technology work together to create meaningful customer experiences.

Must Haves:

  • Product Management, Business Analyst, or BSA experience
  • B2B product or platform experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce, especially in a B2B context
  • Exposure to EdTech, learning experience design, or content transformation
  • Systems integration experience (e.g., APIs, platform-to-platform delivery, LMS integrations)
  • Comfort working in startup-like, high-growth, or greenfield environments
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and tools

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B/product portfolio
  • Help shape new product and service offerings designed specifically for customers
  • Balance near-term delivery with longer-term platform and product scalability

Customer & Business Analysis

  • Partner closely with B2B stakeholders to understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear business requirements and product capabilities
  • Support discovery, validation, and prioritization of new ideas and enhancements

Technology & Delivery Enablement

  • Work closely with engineering and architecture to define platform capabilities and technical requirements
  • Support backlog management, epics, user stories, and prioritization
  • Partner with engineering to manage dependencies, tradeoffs, and delivery timelines
  • Support systems integration efforts, including delivering content into customer platforms (e.g., LMS environments)

AI as a Core Theme

  • Leverage AI as a productivity enabler for internal teams
  • Explore AI as a product feature for B2B customers, including:
  • Role-based or customer-facing AI chat experiences
  • AI trust, governance, or ethics layers that support institutional requirements
  • Candidates are not expected to be AI experts, but should be fluent, curious, and comfortable applying AI concepts

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
